Basics

There are consistent lists / results / reports that are linked to most records.
These have a searchable text box in the top right
You can page through the results using the number / forward & back buttons at the bottom of the report
There are export buttons for:
- Copy
- CSV - Comma Separated Values (Single Tab Spreadsheet data)
- Excel
- PDF

Many of the reports allow you to drill down into a record - for example personnel (a person) or sites (a site)
Next to the person's image or the logo (if they are uploaded) there are grey forward and back buttons
These work on the last list that you have brought up:
- If you have searched for personnel then these button scroll through these lists
- If you have brought up a site and reviewed the personnel tab and clicked on one of the records then your last list is the employees of that site.
  - If you have many tabs open this feature works with the last search in the system regardless of tab. If you open a new tab and do a search there then even if you go back to the last tab the cached (saved) results will be unrelated to the tab you are on.
