Basics

  • There are consistent lists / results / reports that are linked to most records.
  • These have a searchable text box in the top right
  • You can page through the results using the number / forward & back buttons at the bottom of the report
  • There are export buttons for:
    • Copy
    • CSV - Comma Separated Values (Single Tab Spreadsheet data)
    • Excel
    • PDF

Record Navigation

  • Many of the reports allow you to drill down into a record - for example personnel (a person) or sites (a site)
  • Next to the person's image or the logo (if they are uploaded) there are grey forward and back buttons
  • These work on the last list that you have brought up:
    • If you have searched for personnel then these button scroll through these lists
    • If you have brought up a site and reviewed the personnel tab and clicked on one of the records then your last list is the employees of that site.
      • If you have many tabs open this feature works with the last search in the system regardless of tab. If you open a new tab and do a search there then even if you go back to the last tab the cached (saved) results will be unrelated to the tab you are on.
