Courses

• Course: User Portal - Self drive course for users of the user (external) portal
• Course: Basic Usage - Mandatory for all HSEQ users. Either self driven but initially trainer guided during roll out. Mainly a walk through and record maintenance.
• Course: Intermediate - Mandatory for one or more user, optional for the rest of the HSEQ team. Working with relationships between records
• Course: Advanced - Optional but recommended for at least one user. Day to day set up tasks (templates, lists, etc.)
• Course: System Administration - Optional depending on SLA. For enterprise users this is mandatory as covers the detailed set up of records, permissions, and configuration.

Note

• Part of the initial courses may serve to make you aware of parts of the system should you need to draw on that capability. More advanced courses should you how to use those features correctly.
• The more advanced the skill set of the user base means the less support costs that they may encounter. However if inexperienced users change things then there may be additional support charges to fix any issues

  • Perpetual licence is passed to Inertia Technology to retain the data you submit
  • No confidential, offensive or harmful material will be entered by you
  • You are 100% solely responsible for any data entered using your credentials. Do not share your username and password with anyone ever
  • You hold harmless Inertia Technology, it's staff and users of the system from any matter that transpires from data that is entered into the training system via your logon.
• Short Answer: Just enter dummy data and test documents that have no real impact on others and will not cause offense.
